Melissa Sewell is responsible for promoting and ensuring Sierra Development’s compliance with laws, regulations, and contracts. She also provides policies, procedures, and guidance to portfolio companies under the management of the Riverside Company. Prior to joining Sierra, Melissa was engaged in designing the compliance functionality of Baker Hill Solutions’ NextGen® banking platform. Her career includes ten years of internal audit experience of which five of the ten years was leading third-party contract audit engagements for OneAmerica Financial Partners, Inc. Melissa has both her B.S. and MBA from Indiana University and her Juris Doctorate from IU Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
